David Kay born on May 9, 1955 in Dallas, TX and passed away on September 1, 2015 in Richardson, TX. David is survived by his mother, Mary Kay; daughter, Caroline Kay; brothers, James Kay and spouse Rebecca, Steven Kay and spouse Cheryl; sisters, Susan Cooper and spouse David, Sarah Eaton; step-children, Todd Calfee, Ashley Calfee and numerous other family members. Family will receive friends on Thursday, September 3, 2015 from 7:00PM – 9:00PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held Friday, September 4, 2015 at 11:00AM in The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Community Hospice of Texas www.chot.org/donations and/or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital www.stjude.org/donate.
