It was summer of 2023. We had barely made 3 months in our house when we had a sprinkler line burst at the house. I hadn’t yet met Dave but I went next door to see if there was any information so I could reach out to someone to come out and repair the line. He told me it would cost me an arm and a leg and that it shouldn’t be a hard fix. He showed me how to shut off the water to the house and went and grabbed a pair of shovels. We got to digging and found the broken line. Here I am a few hours later in the car someone I’d really formally met for the first time driving to Home Depot to find the repair parts. We got back and got to fixing. We’ll never forget David for going out of his way to help me, some new guy in the neighborhood he’s never met before. Rest in peace David and thank you for all your help and kindness.
Sincerely,
Jon and Giselle.
