Delores was always ready with a HUGE smile followed by a HUGE hug! She gave the absolute best hugs in the world! She loved connecting with people, making new friends everywhere she went! I didn't share her love for the Texas Rangers, but it was also HUGE! She and Gary were a great couple, both genuinely loved and cared for each other. They lovingly accepted me as an 'adopted daughter', an honor that I will carry with me always. She loved her children and grandchildren with a fervor. Donna and Larry are extra special people because of her influences on their lives and characters (and they are BOTH characters, for sure!!!). She will be missed, but will live on in our hearts and memories. Love the Taylor family!!!
I have many fond memories with Delores. She & I were the Den Mother’s for Larry & Steve’s Cub Scout group. We were neighbors & good friends. Lived near them for 31 years.
