On this your 46th b'day we're all thinking of you and wishing "you were here"!!!!!!!!!!! Happy Birthday Double D——
I am saddened and shocked to hear of Derek's passing. My prayers are with Derek and family. Derek and I played baseball on the same team one summer in Jr High (can't even remember what year), and remember spending the night at the Dreiling's, and learning how to play "Smoke on the Water" on the boys guitar and amp. Haven't seen Derek since high school, but did catch up briefly on Facebook earlier this year. Rest in peace, Derek.
I was so sorry to hear about Derek. I worked with Derek at McGraw Hill Co and remembered him as being fun and always joking. I lost track of Derek when he went to New York and was socked to hear about his death. He will be missed. Prayers to the family.
Sorry to hear of the loss for so many. I got to know Derek in Hightstown when we were both working for McGraw-Hill. He was always quick with a smile. I remember his excitement whenever he was headed south to attend a Nascar race. Bon voyage my friend…
My deepest sympathy for your tragic loss. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Take comfort – he's at peace. Love Kim Mellman
There are not the right words to express my sincere condolences to the entire Dreiling family. I was very blessed and fortunate to have known Derek. I will remember his sweet smile and never ending attempt to make jokes (whether his jokes were funny or not, he always managed to make you laugh). He was a gentle soul…. I hope during this difficult time you all find some comfort and peace in knowing that you are not enduring this alone. To the entire Dreiling family, I am so sorry for your loss. To Debbie, I am here, always….. Love to you all…. Leslie Gardner
I remember you then. I remember you now. I will remember you always. So many memories, so little time. . .
