Derek John Dreiling's Obituary
DREILING, DEREK J. Our son, brother, uncle, godfather and dear friend passed away unexpectedly on October 10th, 2009. Born in Denver on March 9th, 1964 to loving parents Nancy & Charles, Derek grew up in Texas with his family. He made many life-long friends while attending Lake Highlands High School, Richland College and University of North Texas. His career with McGraw Hill Publishing founded many life-long friendships as well. Derek is survived by his mother and stepfather, Nancy and Bill Mowery, his father Charles Dreiling, his brother and sister-in-law Devin and Jeannie Dreiling, his step-niece Kaitlyn, his sister Debbie Dreiling, his sister and brother-in-law Tami and Jake Robben, his nieces Isabel, Maggie, and Caroline, his godson, Shane Wiemers, his favorite pet, Pepper and many close friends. Services will be held at Restland Funeral Home. Memorials to St. Jude’s.
