Dianna was one of the most loving and kindest people I've ever met. I met her in 1981 when I started at El Centro. I had an office in Continuing Ed and she was right next to me in the Registrar's Office. We would laugh together and I always enjoyed her company. I remember when I started doing credit contract training, there was so much I didn't know because this was something that had never been done at El Centro. When I thought I had made a big mess, I would go to Dianna's office and ask for help. Many times her assistance required redoing something I messed up, but she always told me not to worry about it and that she would take care of it. I loved her dearly and realized when she retired that I would miss a dear friend that I looked forward to seeing every day. We continued to communicate after her retirement through email, and I always enjoyed the emails she sent to me. So many of them were funny and would make my day. I loved you, Dianna.
