Dianne is also survived by Nina Rogers Beutel of Dallas and Berkeley, CA. She is the daughter of Herb Beutel and had a close relationship with Dianne for many years as her loving stepdaughter.
Dianne and i met in nursing school in 1963. We took that journey together and were roommates for several years after graduation until I left for the military. She was my style maven, my cooking teacher and the 6th girl in the Manning family, loved by my parents. My sisters remember her as beautiful, classy and elegant and "always so sweet to me." My husband and I stopped in Seymour to see her on the way to Dallas and loved the home she had made in the country for her and Herb. I will miss our catch up phone calls and reminiscences.
