He was a wonderful man, father-in-law, and grandpa to Jason and Josh. I will always have many memories to keep him going in our hearts. Always loved when we played croquet in the backyard, good times.

Uncle Dean, I will never forget my trips to Texas! Grandpa Bud would get me on the plane up here in Kansas City and you would pick me up in Dallas! You were always so kind, so gentle, so calm, so sweet! You and Shirley were great to me and always made sure I had a great time while I was there! I couldn't have asked for a better great-uncle!
