It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donald Joseph Phillips, affectionately known as Don, who left us on May 7th, 2025, at the age of 86. Don was born on June 17th, 1938, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Esther and B Read Obituary
Don loved our maltese dogs who had curly tails. He always teased he would make piggy tail soup with them!
Don and Dorothy loved their dogs too.
We were Don and Dorothy’s neighbors and enjoyed visiting, having coffee, working puzzles and eating out. Don especially liked trivia, especially movie trivia. Our condolences to the family.

Rolf and I were friends and neighbors with Don and Dorothy for over 25 years. We miss them both. Bertie spent a lot of time with Dorothy working on jigsaw puzzles and visiting Don and Dorothy over coffee. Don was great with trivia, especially movie trivia. I was Don’s next door neighbor One Sat Don was hammering away on his roof and I asked him what he was doing He said he was replacing some shingles I said have you done that before ? He said no but I think I know what I m doing , and then he laughed.
