Wonderful sweet lady and very talented musician. She will be missed. 🩷
My deepest sympathies for the family. Donna was a friend from high school. I wasn’t musical, but knew her through school activities. She had such a positive outlook. May God bless & comfort you during this time.

I am a distant cousin of Donna's but knew her only through Facebook the past few years. I felt a kinship with her because of our common relatives. I'm sorry I didn't meet her in person.
I came to know Donna when I joined the Corpus Christi Wind Symphony, and later when she became the organist/accompanist for the First United Methodist Church in Alice, Texas. Donna took her music seriously but was not above a good musical joke when the time called for it. I will miss her and her sense of humor. May she rest in peace. —-Judy Holmgreen
What can I say about a good friend of 62 years. We met in band in the 5th grade and were together throughout High School. Band was our thing! She got me hooked on Star Trek (Classic) and I got her to explore some small areas in the canyons with me. Shhh...her family never knew! We talked and laughed and kept in touch even as we pursued different paths in our adult life. She loved fast cars and driving them too! She was a wonderful person, muscian, and FRIEND!! I will greatly miss her and our phone calls. To her family, I am sorry for your loss, but glad you were with her in her time of need. I will be praying for you all.
