My mom was the best mother anybody could ever hope for. She spoiled me rotten and was very over protective of me. She never missed even one game of my soccer games regardless of the weather (she even missed some Dallas Cowboys games to go to my games, now that's love.) I remember getting her an autograph from Roger Staubach and she was so happy to receive it. I also remember her locking herself in the bathroom because I had a little grass snake in the house. Everytime she opened the door I would be there with that snake and she'd lock the door again...lol. She did NOT like snakes at all. She was a real trooper. She went on the lakes while my dad, brother and I would waterski although she couldn't swim and probably didn't enjoy it. She did it for the rest of us. She even rode my horse one time and said it would be her last, and it was. She made many sacrifices so that my brother Jimmy and I would have a happy childhood. She once snuck into Graceland with one of her sisters I believe and got chased by someone on a golf cart until Elvis said to let them come up to him and have their picture taken and get an autograph. She adored Elvis. My mom was always there for me during the good times and bad. I cared for her the last two years of her life and it was a blessing to do so. I love and miss you so much mom.
