Doris Naomi Farmer, December 17, 1927 - May 11, 2021
Doris returned to her heavenly home to join her late husband, Jimmy Farmer, on May 11, 2021. She was a faithful woman who loved the Lord, her family, her friends, her dogs, and her church. Doris’s Christian faith was an essential part of her life. She truly found her home at Pleasant Grove Christian Church.
Doris is survived by her two sons, Billy and Larry Farmer; her self adopted daughter, Sherrill McGregor; four grandchildren, Jay Farmer, Jamie Steele, Marc Denos and Shawna Farmer; five great-grandchildren; and her dog, Misty.
A short graveside service will be held on Monday, May 17 at 10 am at Restland Cemetery in Dallas, Tx.
