Rest in Peace Mr. Hanchey. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Ed was among those that interviewed me in 1984 for a position as Medicare auditor in the Blue Cross Blue Shield office in Shreveport, LA. When that office closed in 1995, he reached out and let us know that positions were available in Dallas. I moved to Dallas and joined the BCBS of TX team under Ed’s leadership. So I guess you could say he was instrumental in shaping my career early on. For that, I am eternally grateful.
