I am very sorry to hear of Mr Waters passing. He was a great scout master during his tenure in troop 415. The dedication of he and several men like him made scouting a real adventure filled with learned life skills. Sorry for your loss Doug and Eddie (and family).
I remember going to Philmont with Troop 36 of WRUMC with Mr Waters, my father and Eddie. I always remember My father and Mr Waters celebrating their birthdays. They were only 5 days apart.
