Elisabeth "Betsy" Booth Turner's Obituary
Betsy was born to Clint and Guyanne Tittle Booth on 8 March 1954, the first of three daughters. After an eight month fight with cancer, Jesus took her home on 24 November 2019. She is predeceased by her parents, Clint and Guyanne Booth. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 47 years, Don L Turner, her daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Tim Anastasi and grandsons Brock and Walker, her sisters Cissy Booth Goodson and husband David, and Caroline Booth Norris and her husband Matthew Norris, and her nephews and nieces, Duke Norris, Beau Justice and wife Molly, Clint Justice and wife Katy, Charlie and Emma Justice and Henry Justice. Betsy’s love for Don, Lisa and her family was exceeded only by her love for our Lord.Betsy wrote the following words a week before she went to Heaven:If I brought you joy, fun or laughter, please know it was a message God wanted to send you.If I brought you pain, how sorry I am. And realize what a weak sister God had to work with when He worked with me.Know, too, that I live in the land of forgiveness, dwelling with the very One who created forgiveness and who gave His life to bring us together eternally.We know we will see her beaming smile again one day.Betsy’s service will be at All Saints Dallas, 901 S Ervay, Dallas TX 75201 on Tuesday 3 December 2019 at 1:00.
