Joy will be greatly missed by many. I never met Joy, but, talked to her in the room many times…she was one great "LADY"
It was with heartfelt sadness I found out about Joy's passing. By all the entries, it shows how special Joy was and was loved by all. You could always see Joy's heart through her smile and she generated lot's of warmth and compassion to all she met. Joy helped me when I needed help and never asked for anything in return. I will always treasure my memories of her in my heart, and know that she is trying to wear her pretty outfits outfits in heaven, but she won't need them as she was dressed in love and light all the time. God love you Joy ??
My gran'ma was very special to me. I remember playing with our babydolls and having tea parties in my play house. She treated me very special and tought me many things. We used to take walks and hunt for different looking rocks (which she kept a collection of). We also spent alot of time at the Ice skating rink where her and PaPa would patiently wait for me to finish my lessons. She gave me most of my special childhood memories and for that I am very thankful. I am very sad to see her go. I love you Gran'ma

I met Joy about 5 years ago at the Widow/widower BBQ in Terrel, Texas and we have been friends ever since. I will miss her bubbly personality and warm loving ways very much. My prayers will be with all of her family and dear friends for it is going to be very hard to let go of this beautiful vibrant woman, even though I know she is now in Gods loving embrace.
I was deeply saddened to hear of the loss of JoyKirk (that is the name I knew her by). Unfortunately, I was not privileged to know her personally, but I do know that she had a beauty of character and personality that endeared her to all who came in contact with her. Nothing can take from her family and friends the wealth of wonderful memories and the happiness that was shared for so many years.
