E.J. and I became fast friends the very first time she invited me to play bridge with her. We had so many happy times, playing bridge and laughing over the soap operas. I never picture her without a bright smile and sparkling eyes. The world will be less light without our friend, E.J.
Goodbye dear friend. I am thankful you are out of pain, but I will miss you for the rest of my life. We, the Barnett’s, met you in 1959 when we became next door neighbors. Our friendship began immediately and has lasted. You were more than a friend, you like a sister. To the family I know you will miss E J, but she lived a good life.
I was very fond of EJ. Loved playing bridge with her, her knowledge of the game was so great but she was always gracious to those of us who were not so accomplished. Loved her sense of humor and quick wit. My since sympathy to all family members.
