I only worked with Etaugh at IBM from 1979 through 1982 but she always had a smile and a cheerful attitude. I remember her self-deprecating humor during a sales skit where she answered the phone and corrected the caller "No, this is not Detroit Transit, this is Etoy Francis!"
I also remember the 5th Floor of 2911 Cedar Springs playing a prank on her where those of us on the floor called an absent teammate's outside number at a pre-determined time and lit up her switchboard. Everyone, including Etaugh, had a great laugh.
I know she brought joy to so many others.
