A third generation family friend, I loved Evie from a child. With my mother’s passing, she guided me as a second mother and we remained close after her move to Colorado. Always elegant, she will forever be in my heart for her wisdom and the roots we shared. May her memory be everlasting along with those of her family, Leo, Mrs. Chronis, Doris, Tom and Kiki Glanges.
Eve was very special to me. I hate walking by her room here in Colorado and not being able to go in, catch a hallmark movie, and hear her say “So what do you know?” I don’t think there has ever been an 89 year old that has made me genuinely laugh so hard. I will miss her forever.
