Fannie was born on June 17, 1909 in Dallas, Texas and passed away on September 26, 2009 in Texarkana, Texas. Fannie is survived by her two daughters Barbara Miller Felts (Tony), Dorothy Cook; eight grandchildren Charlotte Rohner, Chris Cook, Bruce Cook, Cheryl Rutledge, Kim Page Tracy Miller, Garrett Felts and Cody Felts; 17 great grandchildren; niece Patricia Wagner and 4 great nieces and nephews. Fannie was preceded in death by her husband and her parents Robert and Mary Parker.
