Florence Mae Richardson was born on December 5, 1941 in Three Rivers, Michigan and passed away December 9, 2014 in Garland, Texas. Preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Richardson; and her parents, Joseph and Clara Wood. Florence is survived by her husband, Bill Richardson; her sister, Joann Griswold, and her brother, Sonny Wood; nieces and nephews, Jay and Gloria Delmar; Chris, Vivian, Isabella and Eli Bailey; Mike and Stella Busby; Elliott, Matt and Ethan Busby; Luke and Valerie Johnson, and Ben and Ali Davis. Florence was a loving wife, mother and friend to all, but her most outstanding attribute was her deep and abiding love for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The visitation for Florence Richardson will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, December 15, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. The service for Florence will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at 2:30 PM in The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. The graveside service will be immediately following the funeral service in Veterans Garden # 1, in Restland Cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rowlett First Baptist Church “Future Building Fund”, in memory of Florence Richardson, 4309 Main St., Rowlett, TX 75088, (972) 475-3510.
