I'm Joe Coulter's youngest. I was sorry to hear about Frances. The few visits I remember to Dallas were always enjoyable. Her and sister were so sweet. (And one of them had toys!) MamaDale certainly thought alot of Fances. Stephen, you are in my thoughts and prayers. If you ever find yourself down this way, be sure to stop by. Take care.

Frances was so special to me. I always loved to see her, and she had a way of making everyone that came to see her or called her feel so important! As I was growing up, she never forgot a birthday! My brothers and I always looked forward to a card or gift from Frances and Duncan. We felt so special. My mother, Mary Dale, thought she "hung the moon", and so did we! I will certainly miss talking with her, but know that she is having a great reunion with family right now!
