Frank "Pancho" A. Woodyard died Thursday evening, July 16th, 2020 while in hospice care, he was 87. Frank was born on November 15th, 1932 in San Antonio, Texas. He attended high school in Monterrey Mexico and Dallas Texas. He is Read Obituary
Tio Pancho was absolutely unique. His humor and sense of mischief are what I will miss the most. He loved to tease his wonderful wife Sandie as well as prank unsuspecting victims. He refereed many a political debate when I would stay behind to help clean up after a gathering of the motley crew. I will miss him greatly although I am cheered by the fact that he is causing mayhem in heaven. Till we meet again Tio Pancho!

I met Frank in 1958 at the Newman Club at SMU where he and my future spouse lived, Just saw they shared the same birthday, Nov 15, Eternal rest unto him and all the faithfully departed.

Tio Pancho could always light up a room and make friends with everyone around him. I don't think he ever met a 'stranger.' He was always there for me when I needed him growing up, whether it was a ride to school when I missed the bus or a big hug and letting me know he loved me. He was the best Uncle I could have ever asked for.
