I am deeply sorry for this late post, but I just now learned of Frankye's death. I knew her from the Senior Chat Room on AOL and attended Chatroom retreat at her home on several occasions. I loved her dearly and we had a great connection, but life gets in the way, and we lost touch. The last time I talked her to her was before she went into assisted living. I know she is having a gay time in heaven celebrating with those he went before her who were our friends from the chatroom.

My life was enriched by spending time with Aunt Frankye and her many hosted events! Family reunions at their lake house and New Year’s Day celebrations in her home were family favorites! Plates of Frankye Fries, brownies, fudge, and bowls of M&Ms come to mind. Hours of watching the Cowboys and playing Forty Two, and family talent shows created memories all will cherish. Gathering together was so important to Aunt Frankye! She served us and so enjoyed hearing all of us sharing stories and laughing together. She was a jewel admired and appreciated by her family and all who knew her. Now she shines in the presence of her precious Savior! What a glorious sound must have welcomed her! How sweet were the arms of Jesus embracing her! I love you, Aunt Frankye! Thank you for loving me and encouraging me in my lifetime! Enjoy singing in that heavenly choir, wearing a blue robe I’m sure!!!

Frankye annually had a Dallas Cowboy come and share their Christian testimony to the youth at Northlake Baptist. She was a great support to the youth program at Northlake. Such a sweet smile and loving hug. She earned first class reservations in Heaven. She will be greatly missed. God Bless her family and friends.
