Dear Joan, Karen, Family,
I was so sorry to hear of Fred’s passing. I remember his kind nature when I visited years ago, even though he called me a “damn Yankee”. He was a good man, thoughtful, caring, and generous. I am glad to have known him, through my visit and the many letters Joan and I have exchanged over 50 years. I know you will miss him.
