Growing up seeing Shirley & Freddie at so many of my family gatherings/events made them feel like an extension to my family as well. One of my fondest memories now is that when I was a little girl Freddie would often say he was taking me home to live at his house. At the time I didn’t love when he would say it but thinking back on it now, I think of it as a genuine comment from a sweet friend of my grandparents. I’m so saddened to hear of his passing but I love thinking of how he is in heaven with so many of his loved ones and also now with both my Gramma and Honey and they’re having the best reunion. My sincere condolences to the Brabbin family on your loss.
I will always remember Fred for his kind heart, wisdom and sense of humor. No one can burn a hot dog as good as Fred. Yes, I will miss his awesome hot dogs! Thanks for all of the watch batteries you changed out for me, you saved me a bundle and you gave me batteries made in America!
RIP Fred sitting at the feet of Jesus pain free, cancer free. You will be missed.
