Audrey, my sincerest condolences to you and your family. If you recall, you were seated directly my office and Gayles. I was Manager of Field Engineering and came over from IBM at the request of Don Wetzel. In my mind, Gayle stood a lot taller than he was. He brought out many things in me that helped me often in my business and personal lives. Its hard to believe that it was 38 years ago. All the best to you and your family and I thank the Lord for having giving me the opportunity to know and work for Gayle and beside you. Gary Foster.

My relationship with Gayle was brief in 1973 prior to OPD forming. I was asked to join the OPD team as a tech. rep. I attended an engineering level 5 week course in California. Being brand new to the digital world and ready to call it quits, Gail sent one of his Region Engineers to talk with me to see what I wanted to do. That made a big impression on me and I ended up sticking it out. Gayle always had an exceptional reputation working in the Dallas Region. God bless you, Gayle Dieter

I was shocked to hear the news! I expected Gayle to be coming home this week, healing and health restoring. Obviously, God had another plan and decided to bring Gayle to his eternal home. Great job, on this side, good and faithful servant. it's now your time to share in the Master's happiness! I will miss you my friend, our private conversations, your great smile, our laughs about the past and the wisdom you provided me. See you on the other side!

I will always remember Gayle as one of the finest men to ever grace the hallways of Prestonwood Baptist. He was such a kind gentlemen. Audrey, you and Gayle have been so sweet to my mom, Irene Whattoff, 93, since she joined your Sunday School Class in 2002. She will miss his kind smile and positive attitude. I loved knowing you through all the years of being in choir together. God bless you, Audrey, in this bittersweet time of sorrow. His passing signifies his presence with the Lord.

Sadly, I I found Gayle too late in Life. While never meeting him in this Life ,I look forward to a Heavenly meeting.
