Sally Harper Cobaugh
George and Susie were very close friends of my parents Fern and Phil Harper. They were neighbors for many years and George performed the funeral for my Dad. Mother and Susie were part of the neighborhood ladies that would meet once a month for Margaritas and Mexican food at El Chico’s. The neighborhood back then included many friends and many a laugh was shared over the years. It was special times and wish we could all do it again.
