When I think of Georgia Ray Parrish I think of the loving and watchful eye she had for her 3 daughters and later her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was vigilant but never took sides in all their upbringing, but she was quick to speak up when she felt the need. Georgia Ray was a loving mother to Vicki and myself. The funny thing was she always had my back as long as I loved her daughter and our children. I will miss our Nanny and hope to see her in heaven some day. Love Lou your son n law

It is 12 hours until we gather to say goodbye to you and I have been laying here awake not knowing what I want to say today but knowing that I want to say something. I am glad that you are no longer in pain but the pain that all of your family is feeling from you not being here anymore is upsetting to you because you never wanted anyone else to hurt over you.
