I remember running my English homework by her and getting her help and/or approval (usually both). I remember her listening ear while we three (Leigh Ann, Kary, and I) played music and practiced our instruments. Of course she always said it sounded "so good". She was like a second mother to me. Mrs. Regelsky was the Cheerleader/Big Mac Keeper Sponsor when I was a Big Mac Keeper (1983-1987). She was the one teacher I had throughout my entire 4 years at MacArthur. She was a big part of my high school life, and she continued to be supportive of me even after graduation. She would come and see shows I was in and always stopped backstage after with nice words of encouragement. She will be missed by all of her students. She touched many lives.
