Gerald Lee Criswell's Obituary
Gary Criswell, 82 of Oak Cliff is now at rest. With strength of character, unequivocal work ethic and unique imagination he charmed and inspired. Gary was born Dec 19,1937 in Wichita, Kansas. After moving to Dallas in the early 50s, he enlisted in the USMC, where he gained Lance Corporal ranking and was awarded for his superior marksmanship. Later, he retired from American Eurocopter after over 30 years of excellence. He reached the level of Master Mason, advanced as District Deputy and was honored with several golden trowels. Through Carter Blood Care, Dallas Arms Collectors, and Scottish Rite, he lead the gift of life blood donations with committed passion. His love for his children, family and friends motivated him through it all. In remembrance of his jokes, laughter and sincere smile …Oh, how we’ll miss you dad.Gary is survived by his sons Mark and Michael, sister Dorothy and a host of grand and great-grand children. Gratitude to Charles Taylor, his honorary twin best friend.
