Glenda Eileen Murdock , 83, passed away Friday, December 2, 2016. Services will be 12 p.m. Tuesday, December 6, 2016, at Restland Funeral Home’s Abbey Chapel with visitation the night before from 6-8 p.m. Monday, December 5, 2016. Glenda Eileen Murdock was born June 2, 1933, in Simms, Tx to Charlie and Corine Dooley Shafer. She will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Wayne Murdock; parents, Charlie and Corine Shafer; and her siblings. Glenda is survived by her son, Craig Murdock; daughter, Karen; grandchildren, Tiffany and Eric; great-grandchildren, Lennon and Devin; and several nieces, nephews, and friends. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make a donation to the Alzheimer Association of Dallas, 3001 Knox Street, Suite 200 Dallas, Texas 75205 or a charity of your choice.
