Glynadee Lewis Popejoy's Obituary
Glynadee Lewis Popejoy, born on June 28, 1922 in Pike, Texas passed away on August 29, 2020 in Forney, Texas.
Glynadee was a charter and faithful member of Shiloh Terrace Baptist Church. She worked with the Girls Auxiliary and WMU for her church and the Dallas Baptist Association. She was also an active in PTA for her children. Glynadee retired as a secretary for the head of nursing at Hoblitzelle Hospital at Baylor University Medical Center and she loved traveling with her husband in their RV and was a member of the Ramblin' Sams Club.
Glynadee was preceded in death by her husband, N.T.; her son, Glen; her Lewis Brothers: Ray, Berlon and Othel and her sisters: Jo Beaudoin,Juanita Lewis, Yvonne McCraw and Wilma Rice.
She is survived by her daughters, Sue and Donna; her daughter-in-law, Vickie Popejoy; her grandson, Nathan; her granddaughters: Traci DuBose and Staci Shelton; 2 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
