I just discovered Gwen's obituary. Gwen and I where dear friends for many years having met when she was a secretary at TI. She was a mainstay for me while I had some heavy events in my life. I'll always be grateful for her friendship.

We share many fond memories of Gwen (and Al) from our time at Unity of Richardson. We remember the sharing of their gifts with that church family. We have memories of their lovely home. We send our condolences to the family of Gwen Rehder. We loved Gwen! I (Jean) have fond memories of making music with her for ten years at church. Gwen directed our small choir, while I accompanied them on the piano. We shared our love of music every Sunday, after the Wednesday night practice session. A major highlight for us was the production of "The Music Man" that Gwen produced and directed, not only for our church but also for the local Elks organization--two productions, two different casts and a bunch of fun for all. Gwen was a "big" sister to me. Her words of wisdom comforted me many times. We have wonderful memories of Gwen and Al Rehder--two beautiful souls who shared their artistic gifts with others and brought enormous joy to those around them. Richard and Jean Stauffer
