Halice Furtado, 69, was born on April 23, 1948, in Rockwall and passed away Saturday, March 10, 2018, in Dallas. The family will receive guest on Thursday, March 14, 2018, from 11:30AM to 12:30 PM. Followed by a funeral Services are scheduled for Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at 12:30 PM in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland funeral home. She will be missed by all who knew her. Burial will be at a later date at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery
