Bone & Barbara Ramirez
I'll never forget the first day I met Bootsie, she had an ad in the Kaufman paper looking for someone to work at the Dallas hunting & fishing club. I knew that Bone (my husband) was a person that loved to work outdoors, so I suggested that he apply. He refused. I ask if I could go to the club to tell Bootsie that he was not interested. He said that would be fine, so off I went. Bootsie and I hit it off immediately and I knew this is where we should be. I asked her if I could bring him out to see the club and she said yes. I told him how beautiful the club was and how great Bootsie was, so he agreed to go look at the place. Bootsie was doctoring a sick calf when we returned to the house and Bone was hooked. He loves animals. Bootsie offered him the job and the rest is history. We had the most fun and adventurist time of our lives. Bootsie was out teacher, advisor, helper and most of all, our best friend. She and Scott became part of our family along with Diane and Tiny. We had so much fun, did so many projects, enjoyed the filming, building the new club house, meeting all types of people, making new friends, enjoying cook outs and golf trips. Memories that we will never forget. Scott, you and Brownie along with Tiny and Diane are always welcome to come see us, we will always love yau'll. We will never forget Bootsie, our greatest friend!
