Homer was my classmate in the police academy. He was the among the very best of men. Rest in peace brother.
I have many lasting memories of Homer Lee. Many from the old Tuesday Afternoon coffee days at the local Starbucks where he and my dad and a few others always met. I will always remember the motorcycle rides we had many years ago. I will forever remember his laugh and the stories told as only Homer Lee could tell them. Homer was a good man, an honorable man, a very strong man.

Homer Lee was one Grand Gentleman. One of the first group of Military Retiree's that the DPD hired in the late 1960's to boost its manpower needs. He was a True Patriot who served his Country,and then served the Citizens of Big D as a Police Officer and a Police Supervisor. It was a Honor and a Privilege to have known him,worked with him,and served with him at the DPD. My thoughts and prayers go out to his wife,family,and many friends.
