I am so sorry to read of Ed’s passing. Although I’ve not seen him in 20 plus years I have fond memories of our days in the singles group at First Unitarian in Dallas. Ed was a great conversationalist with a keen mind and good sense of humor, a true intellectual who could add to a conversation no matter the subject. And the twinkle in his eyes when he smiled is unforgettable!
I enjoyed getting to know Ed when he lived in my household in California quite a few years ago. I learned from him, and he me. He gave me a very good compliment that I never forgot.He loved grapefruit, olives, and life. Peace of God be with you Ed.
So sorry to hear about Ed’s passing. I was in the Adult RE class with Ed before I moved to Washington DC in 2005. He was always so thoughtful and intelligent and I always looked forward to whatever wisdom he gave to the class and a world of topics. I have missed this Ed and this class.
