Joyce, Rick, David, George and family, we are so saddened by Cliff’s passing, and trust God comforts you during this difficult time as only He can. May He also fill your hearts with peace that surpasses all understanding. We will always remember Cliff’s quick wit and friendly ways as we gathered at Scoggins’ functions and during the short time we worked together. We love you all very much and are sad we couldn’t attend Cliff’s services today. God Bless You All.
