Isabel Gomez was a school friend of my in-laws, Virginia and Charles Gonzales. He married my husband, Michael and I 31 years ago. He blessed both of our homes and that’s when I met his beautiful red-haired wife Katie. My husband has memories of Isabel and family coming to dinner at their house when they were kids and meeting Isabel’s kids too. I also remember going to a very loud rock concert at the Bronco Bowl in the 1990’s, and when I looked over, to my surprise there was Isabel in the front row! He was there supporting his son’s band. How amazing!! Today, I heard amazing stories at his service….I am in awe of his life accomplishments. I can see how much he touched so many, but as far as I would like to share, his blessings work and we are a testament to that. Thank you God for sending Isabel to earth and for allowing us to be a little part of his legacy. Chabelo, was a wonderful man & minister. He will be deeply missed by so many. He was a true comfort to me when my ex had brain surgery & then when my ex passed away, he was there for the family
My deepest sympathies for your loss, my heart hurts with you. My Dad Charles Gonzales told me stories of their high school friendship, my Mom Gina Gonzales loved that man! He has been a valuable contributor to our family through the tribulations as my parents passed on. Again, sorry for your loss. 🙏🏽
