Jackie—Aunt Jackie to me—was someone who made life brighter just by being in it. Jaime and I were best friends for so many years, and during that time Jackie truly became like a second aunt to me. She was always full of energy, full of love, and she had this way of making everyone around her feel important and cared for.
She didn’t just love people—she showed it, every single day. Whether it was her jokes, her advice, or the way she was always ready for an adventure, she had a way of lifting your spirits without even trying. And of course, no one could forget her amazing sense of fashion. She had a style all her own, and it fit her perfectly.
I’m going to miss her so much. But I’m grateful for every memory, every laugh, every moment she shared with us. She really did make the world a little better just by being here.
I remember back in 1996 when I started working for Adams Golf, the first day I met her, Jackie received me as I was part of the family. With open arms, a big hug and a big kiss, she said “welcome to the U.S. and welcome to the Adams family”. Even if you did not know her, Jackie had such a personality, that gave you the feel that you knew her forever. Jackie always had a smile and spread that positive attitude anywhere she went. Jackie was there when both of my sons (Andrew and Christian) were born. Jackie was always supporting us, even when we bought our first house. She helped us out not only to look for a house, but also moving into our new home. How can I forget, when she will leave on my office desk, a plate of homemade cookies bringing a smile to my face and brighting up my day. Jackie will always be in our hearts and will always be remembered. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jackie, Barney and the rest of the Adams family. God bless!

I will always cherish the memory of the trip we took to New York together. Exploring the city, visiting pottery studios, and sharing those experiences in the company of family created a time of genuine joy and connection. I feel so lucky to have known Jackie. I will forever be grateful for all of the times we spent together in the desert and Colorado. Her kindness and generosity is unmatched, and I hope to continue in her legacy of loving others the way she did.
This is one of my favorite memories; this past New Year’s Eve dancing the night away and watching her be so happy being surrounded by her family and friends.

I have a lot of great memories of Jackie and Barney, too but Playing bridge with Jackie and her friends at her Indian wells home is on the top of the list. Barney was always tolerant of the house being full of ladies yakking and playing cards. Jackie kept her entire kitchen counter loaded with snacks, candy, and treats. Jackie had a kindness about her that is not often found in others. Going forward; my winters spent in Indian Wells just won’t be the same…. Huge GAP…huge.
