Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to learn from you. When I was seeking so much knowledge, when I was asking so many questions, you patiently listened and answered accordingly, rarely showing signs of frustration… Thank you for taking the time to show me the necessary skills that lead me with confidence into tomorrow. Thank you for believing in me and having enough faith to share your work, knowledge and vision… Thanks for being a friend I knew I could always count on. Thanks for serving our country as a member of the United States Navy. Friends Forever, Jim Draper
Diane, Nancy and family: Just learned of Mr. Alder's passing. It's sad and I know you will miss him terribly, but how wonderful that you had him for all those years. Thinking of you. Lisa Holler Crane
Carla and I offer our deepest sympathy to Gloria and the family. When I shook hands with Jim at Love Field for my interview I knew I wanted to work for him. In his trench coat and smoking his trademark cigar, he exuded something I wanted to be a part of. At the end of the day I was convinced this was the place I wanted to be. Jim was a delight to work for. He was a great teacher and a great boss. He instilled confidence and offered encouragement. He was positive in his criticism and sincere in his praise. I had total confidence in him, and he placed confidence in me. He was a forceful yet gentle leader. He knew how to build and grow a team. I was proud to be "one of Jim's boys." Regarding his ever-present cigar, it was always funny when i would come in from working and Carla would say "you were with Jim today." We pray God's blessings on all the family. Duane Armstrong
