James Oscar Barron Jr., 73, of Mesquite, Texas passed away on June 14, 2020 in Mesquite, Texas. He was born on December 17, 1946 to James Oscar Barron Sr., and Eva Grace Barron in Little Rock, Arkansas. He married Jennie Craig on May 22, 1993 in Mesquite, Texas. He was an Electrical Engineer for Coulter-Olympus. Jim was a faithful servant of Christ and a member of Keystone Church in Mesquite, Texas.
He is survived by his step-daughter, Angela Willeford, her husband Corey Willeford of Dallas, Texas, and her daughter, Emmy Rose; niece, Diana Sideman, her husband Matthew Sideman, and children Michael and Faith Sideman; brother-in-law, Michael Dean. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jinnie "Frankie" Barron; sister, Esther Dean; brother, Douglas E. Barron; mother and father James and Eva Barron.
