I served with Jim on the Garland Police Department Fleet Assessment Team for 5 years. He was the one we went to for guidance and help with the assessments. He had a quiet sense of humor and was always ready with a good smile. I will miss his presence on the team. His struggle is over and he is now in a peaceful place.
Jim was a gentle man. He volunteered for me at the Garland Police Department for several years. He was always so kind and hard working. He always had a smile on his face. Heaven gained a great man. My prayers are with you all.
Jim Frolik was a quiet and gentle, but strong man who loved his family. He served for many years as a member of the Firewheel Christian Academy School Committee. His willingness to serve and thoughtful advice helped the school through some tough times and good times. He was also proud to serve with Garland's Citizens On Patrol.
I have known Jim for many years and consider it an honor to call him my friend.

Jim was a gentle but strong man. He was a loyal giving man. He was a quiet man who was thoughtful in whatever he said, but was willing to give advice when needed. He served on the school committee of Firewheel Christian Academy for many years always giving thoughtful judgement and guidance through some tough times and good times. He also a proud member of Garland's Citizen on Patrol serving there for several years. He was a faithful member of First at Firewheel Church. I have known Jim for many years and consider it an honor to call him my friend. I will miss his gentle spirit and calm demeanor.
