Jason Matthew Johnson Jr's Obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved son, Jason “Matthew” Johnson Jr., on October 15, 2024, at the age of 27. Born on September 23, 1997, in Dallas, Texas, Matthew brought immense joy and love to everyone who knew him.
Matthew had a deep passion for fishing, a love for dogs, skateboarding, and a fascination with science and technology. His remarkable sense of humor and ability to make people feel at ease endeared him to friends and family alike. A devoted fan of How I Met Your Mother, he could effortlessly quote any line from the show, adding to his unique charm.
He is survived by his loving parents, Jason and Jennifer Johnson; his brother, Michael Kessee; and his son, Adrian Johnson. Matthew also leaves behind his grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. His infectious laughter, kind heart, and unwavering support will be deeply missed by all who loved him.
A memorial service will be held on October 29, 2024, at 2:00pm at Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, Texas 75243 at the Wildwood Chapel.
