Beth and Bonnie, I feel very fortunate to have know your father over the years. He always seemed to smile and have a "zest" for life. He did not let his handicaps slow him down one bit. I will always remember him on his wonderful scooter "leading the pack"! He lived a very full, long and loving life. My heartful sympathy for your loss. Jay was a dear friend and a loyal volunteer to Dare to Dream Children's Foundation! He loved serving the Youth and was such a dedicated volunteer, friend and helper to Jan and her ministry. We will miss him dearly. I have learned to live Life to the fullest as Jay always did. He was an inspiration to all and most importantly loved the Lord! God Bless your family as your mourn your loss and know that we serve a faithful God and we can Celebrate Jay's wonderful life. He is in the arms of his beloved wife!
To Brother Jay's family. I have known Jay for the past 17 years, working as a volunteer board member with Dare to Dream Foundation. He was a true and loving friend and BIG Brother to me and my wife. He truly loved working for Dare to Dream serving thousands of children in Dallas TX and abroad in third world countries. Jay had a passion for serving hurting children and their families.
