I knew Jay thru the Texas Cobra Club. I made a few of the spring meets and he always had a smile and that warm Texas hospitality. He made the get togethers fun and will be missed by the club. Jay was a great man who really made me feel part of the Cobra club even though I did not have one. He did everything he could to try to help me realize my dream. Even though I stopped coming to events after I moved out east further, I never forgot him and what he did for me. I fondly speak of him often.
