Jay, it seems we have been friends forever, meeting at the Brazos River for fishing trips over the years, swapping stories and a few lies, hoisting another drink and looking forward to the next time in the water to see who was going to catch supper this time. The good times we have had…and I know you cherished them as much as I did.
I can’t believe you have left us so soon, and I can’t help but say a part of me left with you. You’ve been the best friend a person could ever wish for, so until we meet again, Rest In Peace my friend.

We’ve known Jay for over 30 years and we will miss our neighbor and friend. Jay was kind and generous and would often share from his garden and bring over his latest cooking experiment- some more tasty than others! He was always interesting to talk to and knowledgable on so many topics. Missing your friendship already. Rest in peace dear friend.
