During the best days of His health and the worst, Jimmy was ALWAYS a great neighbor, a wonderful person usually in the very possible best mood and always keeping "an eye out" for us. We always enjoyed our "over the fence" chats. Jimmy was a true gentleman and a patriot to his country for his many years of military and government service.
