Joan Haldeman's Obituary
Joan Haldeman was born on February 29, 1932 in Cannon Falls, MN and passed away on October 01, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Haldeman; and parents, Bernice and Lyle Olson. She is survived by son, Steven Haldeman and wife, Karen of Dallas, TX; son, Mark Haldeman and wife, Laura, of Aspen, CO; grandsons, James and Matthew Haldeman; and many cousins, family, and friends. The service for Joan will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 12:30PM at The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the SPCA of Texas at 2400 Lone Star Drive, Dallas, TX 75212. Joan was a 20 plus year volunteer at Medical City Dallas Hospital as president as well as other positions during her tenure. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend to many. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
